What Quality means at GBTS (TEKsystems India) 

Quality means continually achieving excellence and exceeding customer satisfaction in all that we do. And how do we achieve that?

GBTSQMS is the answer – GBTS’ Quality Management System is an effective Quality System established and institutionalized in GBTS (TEKsystems India). The quality system has implemented best practices and continually encourages the automation of processes by the development and introduction of new tools. This contributes significantly to GBTS (TEKsystem India)’s performance and growth. GBTS (TEKsystems India) adopts a process-oriented approach to project execution based on TQM concepts, to meet its quality goals.

GBTS (TEKsystems India) was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification in July 2002, which was the first milestone in the Quality journey.  Recertification was done in June 2005 on completion of 3 years.

Quality standards at GBTS (TEKsystems India) are constantly benchmarked against global best practices, and GBTS (TEKsystems India) was successfully appraised at Maturity Level 4 (Managed) in Capability Maturity Model for Software (CMM-SW, V1.1) of Software Engineering Institute, Carnegie Mellon University, USA during the SCAMPISM CLASS A (V1.1) appraisal onsite dates: 01-07 September 2004.

GBTS (TEKsystems India) is planning to achieve the CMMi Level 5 accreditation by early next year.
