N.Gopalakrishnan - Director, Company Secretary & Group CFO
N. Gopalakrishnan, Director, Company Secretary and Group CFO, brings a wealth of experience (over 29 years) in the insurance/reinsurance and IT industry having held senior management positions in reputed international organizations.
Prior to joining GBTS (TEKsystems India), he was a Director & Controller of Afro-Asian Offices at Alea-London (formerly Imperial Re, UK). He was previously Corporate Financial Controller of ARIG in Bahrain.
Gopalakrishnan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Fellow of the Insurance Institutes of India, an Associate of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India, and an Associate of the Institute of Directors of Great Britain.
Gopalakrishnan will be heavily involved in helping manage all operations, involved with business development and oversee all financial reporting, controls and analysis.

Thimmaiah Biddanda - Director & Head, TEK systems India
Thimmaiah Biddanda, Director & Head-TEKsystems India, is responsible for Project Delivery and IT Infrastructure. Thimmaiah, is a techno-savvy professional with over 18 years of IT industry experience majority of which was in the USA (13 Years).
Thimmaiah, who has a Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, started his career with TCS, in India as a Systems Analyst and worked for three years before relocating to US.
Initially Worked for IBM as a Systems Consultant for two years, and was involved in the delivery of key customer projects in Minneapolis and New Jersey.
Joined Computer Horizons Corp, New Jersey in 1991 where he held several senior positions in the IT Services arena handling Corporate IT strategies and customer projects. Was involved in the migration of several business critical applications, and design and deployment of corporate IT infrastructure.
Was instrumental in identifying offshore business partners, building relationships and was involved in pre-sales support and offshore services.
Thimmaiah will be spearheading TEKsystem’s initiatives to strengthen the Solutions business in India.

G. R. Ranganathan
Head - Technology & Delivery
G.R.Ranganathan,Head-Technology and Delivery, heads the Technology and Delivery function at GBTS (TEKsystems India). Ranganathan who is a M.Tech from IIT Madras has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry.
He has handled Delivery and Account Management, Product building and Marketing as well as Quality Head responsibilities in his previous assignments. He has had stints with SSI Technologies, Silverline, Aswani Industries (Nigeria), Telco, Datamatics and TCS in India and Abroad and has successfully handled senior management responsibilities. He has played key roles in various positions delivering significant value to Fortune 1000 companies across all technology platforms.
Prior to joining GBTS (TEKsystems India), he was the Practice Head for E-Business, Banking and Healthcare at SSI Technologies. He has extensive experience in a wide spectrum of business domains with strong exposure to old and new technologies, methodologies and process orientation.
Ranganathan will be responsible for managing the Project Deliveries and Quality Processes. |
